Our mission is to play an active role in the rehabilitation and reconstruction of the physical infrastructure and in development of the private sectors through application of quality work, standards, and professional services.
NACLC is an Afghan-American company headquartered in Kabul and the United States of America by having offices in several major Afghanistan and U.S cities. NACLC is registered with the Afghanistan Investment Support Agency (AISA), Florida State and is committed to operating within the guidelines of Afghan Government fiscal directives. Our registration license number with AISA is D-24280 for Construction and Maintenance Service, and D-71210 for Logistic Services.
It is a matter of pride for us to have provided job opportunities for over 400 local personnel while building their technical capacity through training.
