New Asmai Construction & Logistic Company (NACLC) is an Afghan-American owned company which was established in 2005 to incorporate partner companies under one banner to provide effective, integrated capacity development, supply and construction services for project activities in Afghanistan.

NACLC is a nongovernmental, nonpolitical company with the requisite licenses and permits to operate effectively throughout Afghanistan and the United States of America. NACLC provides equal employment opportunities to all men and women without discrimination of gender. We have established relationships with production factories, regional and national suppliers of goods and services. Since establishment, NACLC has worked closely with the US Military, US Embassy, AED, Government of Afghanistan, UN agencies, GSM companies and other nongovernmental organizations by providing a variety of high quality supplies and construction services.
