If your vehicle has been Impounded, please call 530-642-1869 (24hrs a day). Vehicle release hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00AM-5:00PM and after hours. Please call ahead for after hours pickups and an employee will be able to assist. An after hours fee will apply. If your vehicle was towed by a Police Department, you may need to collect a release before picking up your vehicle.
