Brady Pest Control was professional and friendly from the first call. They actually called me back when I did not leave a message in the initial call. I was reminded of the appointment several times and they called within an hour of arrival. The technician, Lathan, was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and then proceeded to take care of the entire house, top to bottom. I appreciate his professionalism and friendliness. My mothers' house need attention quickly and that's what we got. They were able to spray her house within a day or two.

Randy came to the house and I was SO amazed by his professionalism and courtesy. He is a true gem that should be valued at the highest level. Timely and nice.

When I say I have never had such amazing service from a pest control company in my life I am not exaggerating. I've lived in two states and have had a few pest control companies in both states and Brady Pest exceeds ALL my expectations which is not easy. Not only are they always on time, but in many cases early. They make scheduling super easy and even come retreat for no cost at ANY TIME. I hate all things creepy crawly and Brady Pest control never hesitates to reassure me that they got it handled. My house has a bunch of trees, a pool, and backs up to a creek so they absolutely put in work to assure everything stays away and their mosquitoe service is top notch!!! I've NEVER not been bit in my backyard until we hired Brady Pest Control. Now EVERYONE is super professional and courteous,but my main tech Randy,,,I CANNOT give him enough praise. Whoever raised him should be so proud. He is respectful of us and our property, professional to a T, kind, thorough, and goes above and beyond every dang time. Brady Pest Control please give him a raise and clone him cause I wish I could hire him. He is an absolute awesome young man and I am truly thankful for you guys, keep exceeding expectations!!
