Care at Home
We are a local home care company owned and operated by a nurse. Your family becomes an extension of our family.
Our caregivers are bonded, insured, and carefully screened. Our screening process is innovative and effective, out of 50 responses, we hire only one. We hire as if they would be caring for our family, and then we work to keep retention high. We dedicate caregivers to their clients for all around satisfaction.
Our rates are extremely competitive, and can be paid by private funds, long term health insurance, or auto insurance.
What we do
Bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene and clothing selection
Assist with home exercise programs, passive or active range of motion.
Bed linen changes, personal and bed laundry
Housekeeping
Errands and grocery shopping
Medication reminders
Meal prep including special diets, set-up, encouragement, feeding and tube feeding.
Companionship, enrichment activities, transportation for activities and doctor visits and recreation
Transfers, ambulation supervision and Hoyer lifts, stair lifts, home track systems
Payment
We accept, check, credit card and bank ach transactions which are easy to follow on our invoicing
Home Care Services
Live-in Home Care
For clients who need 24-hour supervision and may only get up 1-3 times per night, this option is available and will reduce your costs by half. We are proud of the care and communication our live-in caregivers provide. To comply with federal law, a live-in caregiver should have private sleeping quarters.
Caregiver Visits
Our minimum is four hours/day or twelve hours per week. Usually, care is scheduled and performed in 4, 6, 8, or 12 shifts. As we match and dedicate caregiver (s) to each client, we can entertain limited on call support.
