THE MAIN HOUSE:

The first floor of the main house consists of an open concept Great Room with designer Chef Kitchen – Elevator – Large wood dining table with seating for 18-20 people – Living room area with sofas and large TV – A wet bar with bar stools – Pool table – 2 bedrooms – and more.

The second floor of the main house has 8 comfortable bedrooms, each with their own en-sute bathroom, AC, TV, and safe box.  You can reach the second floor by stairs or the elevator.

The third floor of the main house has 4 comfortable bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathroom, AC, TV, and safe box.  The private disco and bar are also on the 3rd floor. You can reach the third floor by stairs or the elevator.

Large resort style swimming pool with a jacuzzi (not heated) and stools in the water with a bar top, large living room area, 14 comfortable bedrooms, 14 full bathrooms plus two half bath outside next to pool and disco, A/C and WiFi throughout, TV with cable in every room, fully equipped kitchen.  Also includes a 24 Hour doorman at the front gate, daily maintenance, and daily housekeeping.

These properties are 2 of the nicest, if not the nicest, and the most luxurious houses in all of Jaco.  Two of the only houses with an elevator in Jaco which goes from the main floor to the third floor where the disco and 4 bedrooms are located. Many houses claim they are “LUXURY” but look at all the pics & details (what’s included) of the house to decide for yourself as most are NOT who claim that distinction or even close.
