THE MAIN HOUSE:
The first floor of main house consists of an open concept Great Room with designer Chef Kitchen – Elevator – Large wood dining table with seating for 14 people – Living room area with sofas and large TV – A wet bar with bar stools – Pool table – 2 nice & large bedrooms – and more.

The second floor of the main house has 8 nice & comfortable bedrooms, each with their own en-sute bathroom, AC, TV, and safe box. You can reach the second floor by stairs or the elevator.

The third floor of the main house has 4 nice & comfortable bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathroom, AC, TV, and safe box. The private disco and bar are also on the 3rd floor. You can reach the third floor by stairs or the elevator.

LUXURY BY THE BEACH:
The property is one of the nicest, if not the nicest, in all of Jaco. One of the only houses with an elevator in Jaco which goes from the main floor to the third floor where the disco and 4 bedrooms are located. The disco is amazing with its own private bar – lounge area – pool table – couches – a/c – tv’s – stereo system – and of course an area to dance.

Both houses are almost identical. For the ultimate in luxury and space with a total of 28 Bedrooms and 34 Beds! It’s right next door but is completely private from each other (if rented separately) and a great option for large groups!
