Do not buy an RV from this place!!! Went there twice to see a teardrop trailer. There was one guy doing service and a woman answering phones, neither knew anything about showing me a unit. Bought a unit finally! Took my maiden journey in 98 degree weather and no a/c! Brand new unit, MSRP $34K. I took it back and they said stuff had gotten up in there, like I should have checked! Then traveling up north for the first time I had major trouble towing. They failed to empty the 200 lbs of water/antifreeze putting me over my tow weight limit! I paid for dealer prep. They did not drain, check the A/C or clean the inside or outside of this unit.
Nice people for selling. One year later, Service is slow. Pick up at 11. Work not completed. Waited 3 hours.
Bought a Wolf Pack toy hauler from Mike just over a year ago. Everyone I interacted with was awesome. They made sure I was comfortable and knew the in's and outs of the unit I purchased. Highly recommended over the larger chain dealers.Thank you everyone at Prosser's!
"Total Satisfaction." That's how my wife and I characterize our recent purchase of a new 2024 RV, a Coachmen Cross Trail XL. Prosser's RV Outlet has a great selection of high-quality RVs at excellent prices. Even more so, Prosser's has amazing people interactions from their entire staff of sales, financing, service personnel, and financing-licensing.My wife and I arrived late in the day after a 2-day drive from our home in Minnesota. Prosser's staff found time to show us our new unit so that we were prepared to complete paperwork the next day. We were allowed to bring our labrador retriever into the office while completing paperwork -- and he got lots of pets, too!Our many questions were competently answered, our previous RV was successfully traded in, and demo of our new RV was made prior to our exit. In sum, Prosser's provides a welcoming and helpful atmosphere for completing the transaction. My wife and I highly recommend purchasing from Prosser's and their competent and friendly staff!

So many positive reviews, and I am very happy to be able to add to them. Not going to lie, our dealing got off to a rough start. I pointed that out and Mike reached out, owned it, apologized, and most importantly, offered to make it right. Taking him up on the offer was a wise decision on our part. Our next visit was amazing. The dealership was hopping and was extremely busy and still people in all departments made us feel like a priority. The service was professional but relaxed if that makes sense. It wasn't overly formal but not too laid back either. Just about perfect for a family business and this is where we'd prefer to be especially compared to the big chains. In the end, we found the "perfect for us" used trailer and received a very competitive price as well. When we arrived it was all detailed, gone over, and pretty much ready to go. Staff went over the all of the functions, set us up for safe towing. All that was left was paying, and that was a painless process too. All in all a great experience. I read the manual, researched online, reached out to friends and family and still couldn't figure it out. I decide to reach out to Mike to see if he had any ideas. He said "bring it in and we will take a look at it." The next weekend I was camping again with hot water and a few minor things adjusted. All "under warranty" and at no cost to me!
