For sick patients, we can schedule medical home visits within 12-24 hours of your call. Go to the nearest urgent care. Currently credentialing for medicaid, Aetna, Blue cross blue shield of Texas, Cigna, Humana, United Healthcare, Superior, Molina, Wellmed, and Amerigroup. If you feel that your situation is urgent or cannot wait for a visit, please call 911 immediately.

SALA Health House Call offers home visits for services covered under Medicare. We make house calls to help people with chronic conditions, so they can get better care and have better outcomes.

Sick Visits/Acute Illness
SALA Health House Call providers treat acute sicknesses, such as urinary tract infection, respiratory tract infection, nausea/vomiting, COVID-19, flu, cold, tooth pain, sore throat, diarrhea, constipation, cough, pink eye, sinus infections, allergies, cold sores, pneumonia, and much more, to your doorsteps. Self-pay for the insured, Medicare, and HSA are also accepted. (Insurance credentialing pending). Referrals to specialists are made as indicated for further evaluation and treatment.
Telemedicine
Our providers offer a convenient avenue via our secured virtual option where our patients’ needed care is provided through Telemedicine. ALL appointments are self-scheduled on our website or directly through the link below.

Comprehensive Physical Exam/Assessment
The prevention of disease is essential to your health and wellness. During your yearly wellness, we will provide comprehensive head-to-toe assessments and mobile blood draws (EKG, X-rays, and Echo, as indicated) to screen for diseases. Your results will be reviewed with you, and abnormal results will be addressed accordingly. Referrals to specialists are made as indicated for further evaluation and treatment.
Laboratory Testing and Imaging
We collaborate with a trusted and reliable mobile laboratory and imaging, capable of performing a variety of laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging with a fast turnaround time. Results will be reported and reviewed with you in detail within a reasonable time by one of our providers.
