Refund Deposit Policy
Refunds for deposits will be processed within 10 business days of cancellation, provided the cancellation meets the criteria outlined in our cancellation policy. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damages to Rental Equipment
Clients are responsible for any damage to rental equipment. A damage waiver fee may be applied to cover minor damages. Significant damages will be billed to the client. Clients must report any damages immediately.

Deposit Policy to Secure Rental Equipment
A security deposit is required to secure rental equipment. This deposit will be refunded upon the return of the equipment in good condition. The amount of the deposit will be specified in your contract.

Cancellation Policy (48 Hrs.)

Delivery Policy
Delivery of rental equipment will be arranged as per the contract. Any changes to delivery times must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Delivery fees may apply and will be specified in your contract.
