The Snowy2Sunny experience is my specialty and what I absolutely love to do!  This is where if you want to find a second home, investment property, or just move to Florida  I will go down with you to find that property.  You let me know where and we coordinate flights to go down together.  Both you and I pick properties for you to tour after we discuss what you are looking for.  I set up the tours and turo us a vehicle.  I will have you stay in one of my properties if it is in the area or find us a place to stay. I show you the hidden gems and best restaurants in the area.  It is an experience like no other, as buying a home in another state can be intimidating and scary if you don’t know the area.
