Faye D. Nelson
1944 – 2016
Faye D. Nelson, 72 of Ulysses, Kentucky passed away at home on Wednesday, June 15, 2016.
She was born in Lawrence County on April 13, 1944 to the late Raymond and Mary Dixon. Faye was a homemaker and member of the Chestnut Grove Enterprise Baptist Church.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by two sons Bruce Preston and Bill Preston as well as three siblings.
Ms. Nelson leaves behind two sons Robert Preston and his wife Brenda of Louisa and Brian Preston and his wife Ramona of Ulysses; three grandchildren and one great grandchild as well as many extended family members and friends all of whom will miss her dearly.
Funeral Services will be held at Young Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, June 18, 2016 at 1:00 pm with Pastor Jim Bevins officiating. Burial will follow at the Preston Cemetery at Ulysses.
Visitation will be at the funeral home on Friday, June 17, 2016 from 5-9 pm.
