Betty Lou Salmons, 72, of Marysville, Ohio passed away Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio. Betty was born June 19, 1943 in Webb, WV. a daughter of the late Monroe and Sarah Chaffin Copley. Betty was self employed and a homemaker. Betty was a member of the Church of God in Lancaster, Ohio. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son, William Lyn Salmons; siblings, Earnest Copley, Reba Bowen, Junior Copley, and Virginia Copley.
Survivors include, her loving husband of 57 years, William Salmons of Marysville, Ohio; three sons, Ricky G. Salmons, Billy Salmons, and Philip Salmons all of Marysville, Ohio. Grandchildren, Crimson Salmons of Marysville, Ohio; Sabrina Brean Salmons and Lance Salmons both of Bellefontaine, Ohio; Christopher Salmons and Brandon Salmons both of Marysville, Ohio; Siblings, Judy Daniels, Ralph Copley, Lexie Short, Ermel Copley, and Claude Copley.
Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 pm Saturday March 12, 2016 at Young Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Curtis Ward officiating. Burial will follow at the Webb Community Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00 until 9:00 PM Friday, March 11, 2016 at Young Funeral Home, Louisa, Ky.
