Mary Pauline “Polly” Pigg
1930 – 2016
Mary Pauline “Polly” Pigg, 85 of Louisa passed away Monday, April 18, 2016 at Three Rivers Medical Center in Louisa.
She was born on November 20, 1930 in Teaberry, Kentucky to the late Paul and Mary Cartmell-Branham. She was a homemaker and a member of the Louisa First Methodist Church.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by two sons Robert Daniel Pigg and Robert Gene Pigg; one brother Jimmy Branham and one sister Ruth Preece.
She leaves behind a loving family including one daughter Wanda O’Daniel and her husband Mike of Pikeville, Ky.; one son Bennie Paul Pigg and his wife Marlene of Paris, Ky.; five siblings Frank Branham, Peggy Adams, Oma Daniels, Barbara Manson and Hope Bevins; twelve grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren as well as a host of friends and extended family members all of whom will miss her dearly.
Funeral services will be held at the Young Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, April 22, 2016 at 1:00 pm. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery in Louisa.
Visitation will be on Thursday, April 21, 2016 from 6-9 pm at Young Funeral Home.
