Nancy J. Newsome, 52, of Denton, KY went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 19, 2023 at her home.
Nancy was born March 15, 1970 in Ashland, KY to the late Jack and Juanita (Lemmons) McGranahan. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband George Brian Newsome; son Brian Christopher Newsome; and brother Jack Elwood McGranahan.
Survivors include her daughter Elizabeth Newsome; grandchildren Christopher Waddle, Kay Lynn Daniels, and Kenneth Daniels; and many others she loved and claimed as her own children and grandchildren.
The family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to help offset funeral expenses.
A private service will be conducted by the family at a later date.
