Violet Miller, 95, of Prichard, WV went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, February 15, 2023.
Violet was born February 14, 1928 in Fort Gay, WV to the late Roy and Martha (Wilson) Copley. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Noah Miller and siblings Macy Copley, Emma Robinson, A.B. Copley, Vangie Parsons, and Tom Copley.
Violet was a homemaker and she was devoted to taking care of her family. She loved her flowers and to garden.
Survivors include her children Imogene Dowden, Geraldine (Gerald) Rosser, James (Kathy) Miller, Janie (Lonzo) Christian, Randy (Lynn) Miller, and Roger (Patricia) Miller; 10 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and 13 great great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday, February 20, 2023 at 12:00 PM in the Young Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Tom Baisden officiating. Burial will follow in the Copley Cemetery.
Friends may visit the family on Monday, February 20, 2023 at from 10:30 AM until time of service in the Young Funeral Home Chapel.
