1935 – 2016

Wilma Jean Hacker-Lemaster, 80 of Louisa passed from this earthly life Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at Three Rivers Medical Center and is now at rest in the arms of her Lord and Savior.

She was born on November 14, 1935 in Huntington, WV to the late Logan and Nancy Sammons-Hacker. Wilma was a longtime school teacher in the Lawrence County Public Schools.

In addition to her parents Ms. Lemaster was preceded in death by her husband Charlie James Lemaster in 1988 and by one daughter Patricia Jackson in 2009.

She leaves behind a loving family including a son Jackie Lemaster and his wife Carlene of Tampa, Florida; four grandchildren CJ Jackson, II and his wife Barbie of Louisa, Kentucky, Whitney Jackson of Washington Court House, Ohio, Travis Lemaster and his wife Delight of Baltimore, Maryland and Nicole Best and her husband Ryan of Tampa, Florida; six grandchildren as well as many friends and extended family all of whom will cherish her memory.

Funeral Services will be held at the Young Funeral Home – Chapel on Sunday, May 8, 2016 at 2:00 pm with Pastor Johnny Maynard officiating, burial will follow at the Franklin Cemetery in Louisa.

Visitation for family and friends will be after 10:00 am until the service hour on Sunday at the Young Funeral Home – Chapel.
