What happens if there’s an emergency with my pet?
If an emergency arises while your pets are in our care, we act quickly and thoughtfully to ensure they’re safe and well cared for.

We will contact you first. If anything unexpected happens, we’ll reach out to you—or your designated contact—right away to let you know what’s going on and get your input.
We call your vet. If we can’t reach you right away, we’ll contact your regular veterinarian to get guidance on what to do next.
We transport your pet if needed. If your pet needs to be seen immediately, we’ll take them to your vet or the closest emergency clinic.
We stabilize and comfort. While we’re reaching out and making arrangements, we’ll do everything we can to keep your pet calm, comfortable, and safe.
Your pet’s safety is always our top priority. We’re prepared to respond quickly and carefully if anything unexpected happens, and we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

We’ll also go over our service agreement, which outlines access to your home, service dates, costs, and all pet care instructions. Once everything is confirmed and paperwork is complete, your pet care is officially set up and ready to go!
