Grief of Loved One
Losing a loved one is one of the most painful experiences anyone can go through. Grief doesn’t get smaller; we need to learn how to be bigger. Since my mom’s transition, I have gotten in touch with an imaginable pain. Hypnotherapy has been a transformational healing in helping me navigate through this new life without my mom’s physical presence. I deeply empathize with anyone going through the hardship of losing a loved one; I’m here to help one’s experience with grief take on a transformative turn toward inner peace and loving acceptance. The Mindfulness Coaching is a three-week program that aims to help you cultivate mindfulness and self-awareness. Our ability to remain centered and focused allows us to thrive through the most challenging parts of our lives. Mindfulness helps us let go of negative mental chatter and focus on the present moment. We hold our power in the present moment, and having a clear intention is an essential compass to help us return to a place of alignment.
It will help you implement daily mindful practices using a 21-Day Mindfulness Journal.

In Week 1, you’ll learn to practice enjoying the present moment and learning how to be
